hgyz Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using the hgyz platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all users of hgyz, including visitors who browse the platform without registering.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. hgyz will treat your use of the platform as confirmation of your acceptance regardless of whether you have explicitly clicked an "I agree" checkbox during registration.

To use hgyz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

Accounts confirmed to belong to underage users will be permanently closed and any balance will be forfeited.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one hgyz account. This rule applies regardless of the device, phone number, email address, or payment method used. If hgyz detects that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any bonuses, winnings, or balances associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hgyz login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. hgyz will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. 4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on hgyz is ৳20. There is no maximum deposit limit, though hgyz reserves the right to apply transaction limits to individual accounts where necessary for security or compliance reasons.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are typically credited to your hgyz account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your hgyz balance within 15 minutes, contact hgyz support with your transaction reference number.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

hgyz strictly prohibits deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered account holder. If a third-party payment is detected, hgyz reserves the right to freeze the account, reverse the transaction, and request full verification before any further activity is permitted.

Withdrawals from hgyz are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect account holders from unauthorised withdrawals. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted in exceptional circumstances at hgyz's sole discretion, subject to additional verification.

5.1 Withdrawal Processing Time

hgyz aims to process all withdrawal requests within five minutes of submission. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing may take longer. hgyz will notify you if your withdrawal is subject to a delay.

5.2 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though hgyz reserves the right to apply limits where required for compliance purposes.

5.3 Verification Before Withdrawal

hgyz may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a certain threshold. You may be asked to provide a copy of your national ID, a selfie, or proof of your payment method. Withdrawals will be held pending until verification is satisfactorily completed.

5.4 Wagering Requirements

If your account balance includes bonus funds that are subject to wagering requirements, you must complete those requirements before the relevant portion of your balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw funds that are still subject to wagering requirements will result in the bonus portion being removed from your balance.

hgyz offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that hgyz considers to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets designed solely to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or for which wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. hgyz is not obligated to notify players before a bonus expires, though we will make reasonable efforts to do so.

7.3 Disputed Results

If you believe a game result on hgyz is incorrect, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the round in question. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. hgyz will review the game logs and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. The decision of hgyz on disputed game results is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hgyz. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with hgyz games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using hgyz for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the normal operation of the hgyz platform.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing hgyz accounts.
